Author Thread: Grace Point is making waves ? Grace Point is making waves Posted: Monday, February 25, 2008 8:19 PM (CST) I had a phone call from someone I have not seen in many months. He called to ask me if I knew that "my church" is "making waves" in the community again. A neighbor of his was in the parking lot of a store a couple weeks ago and someone from Grace Point stopped her and gave her $5, telling her that it was a gift from God. I proceeded to tell him all about the reverse offering. (And, yes, he has his own church home.) He said that she needed the money and is telling everyone she knows what happened!!! Perhaps she will come check us out for herself!! I do not know her name, or if she knew Jesus before that day or not; but it sounds like she is certainly thanking Him now!! As people who received the money start to tell others about it, I wonder how many thousands of people will be touched by our reverse offering!! YEAH GOD!!
