We decided to bless a friend of ours who is a single lady in her fifties who has never been married, no children, no boyfriend and lives alone. Before meeting my prince charming late in life compared to some of our friends I was never a fan of Valentine's Day and personally thought it was an overrated day card manufactures made big bucks on. We took the money and bought her a large flower and plant arrangement with some other goodies. She wondered what we were doing and I just simply said everyone deserves flowers on Valentine's Day.
